When triggering any activity from the dashboard, you will find a direct link to the related records establishing a single click of entering notes and next steps. With Cool Life CRM, in keeping with the management on retaining all sales related and customers are all stored at the record level within the CRM, you will connect your email using a full service “Mail Client”, the same technology as your smart phone; you are able to send and receive your email using your iPhone, tablet etc., and still see all messages in your Outlook, Gmail or other providers. When any associate views a client record, all marketing, email communications, actions, notes and more are all visible on the record.

LinkedIn Integration

Enrich your data with your access to your LinkedIn network, using our preconfigured data connections. You can create opportunities within your CRM database using the social networking you have and LinkedIn provides. We have also developed a full API connection directly to our system that allows you to connect your data with Hoovers and bring data about the companies you are prospecting, reporting or seeking industry relevant data for reporting. With your contacts being improved using LinkedIn and your company data being enriched with Hoovers, The increase of value in your data becomes apparent.

Advanced DBM

Our clients enjoy unique instances of a database as many CRM providers use a unified database with the data being segmented with a client ID number. Cool Life CRM permits one-to-many or many-to-many relationships. The data in one table may reference similar data in other tables which maintains the integrity of the links among them. Offering many uses throughout the CLS CRM, you may connect your companies merchant account with a virtual gateway. Items commonly used are the collection of fees for service and product, subscription and events performed online, time & billing, and contracts to name a few. Our use of Authorize.net does not mean we are your merchant, we simply perform the mechanics that allows you to establish seamless access to your merchant services.
